We post most of our small items via Royal Mail and you should receive your item within the time frame selected on the listings. You have an option of upgrading your delivery service if you want the items quicker - ONLY Next Day Special delivery is a guaranteed service all the other services are estimated. The item will require a signature and if you are out a card will be left with instructions on it, you can either phone the number on the card or go to Royal Mail's Website and rearrange delivery - please visit http://www.royalmail.com/customer-service/personal-customers/missed-deliveries/arrange-redelivery for further information.
All these items are sent by either a signed for or recorded service. We will send you tracking details by email after the item has been dispatched, they will be proof of dispatch and delivery but are not an "in transit" service.
 
All larger items are sent by courier and again you will have the option to upgrade your delivery service on the checkout page. We will send you the tracking details by email where you can follow the progress online.
