We post most of our items via Royal Mail and you should receive your item within the time frame above. ONLY Next Day Special delivery is a guaranteed service all the other services are estimated . The item will require a signature and if you are out a card will be left with instructions on it. Royal Mail who offer an exceptional service (see my feedback for proof) will not accept/investigate a (UK) parcel as lost until 15 working days has expired; in the rare event this happens.
